- 6.5 on the English Language Proficiency Test (IELTS, TOEFL (IBT-80, CBT-213, PBT-550), or MELAB) is the required score (76).
For Transfers:
- A foreign student with a current visa
- GPA of 3.5 (4.0 scale)
- Enrolment of full-time students seeking degrees at the University of Michigan-Dearborn
- The award is renewable if the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA at UM. -Dearborn
