- Age: As of 1 October 2023, applicants must fulfill the following age requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old but not have reached their 24th birthday. In other words, they must have been born after 1 October 1999 and on or before 1 October 2005.
- Alternatively, for candidates who completed their first undergraduate degree later than usual, applicants must not have reached their 27th birthday. Specifically, they must have been born after 1 October 1996 and must have met or will meet the requirements for completion of their first degree on or after 1 October 2022.
- Academic Qualifications: Applicants must have completed, or will complete by June/July 2024, an undergraduate degree with a minimum of First Class or a GPA equivalent to at least 3.70 out of 4.0.
