Required Documents for Malaysian Technical Cooperation (MTCP) Scholarship 2023:

All the documents listed below are mandatory and must be uploaded through the online application platform. Please ensure that they are scanned and saved in PDF format: 

• Online application form (to be filled out electronically) 
• Most recent admission offer letter from a Malaysian university for the academic intake of 2023 
• Two letters of recommendation from referees 
• Statement of intent or statement of purpose 
• Certified copy of the academic transcript 
• The academic transcript should provide a comprehensive record of all courses taken during the degree program 
• Official transcripts of undergraduate studies must be included
• A document issued by the applicant’s previous university, describing the grading system used, must be submitted 
• If the applicant’s transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or score percentiles, the relevant documents must be certified.
• Curriculum Vitae
• A certified copy of your English Language Proficiency test result (such as TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, CAE, CPE, MUET, or equivalent qualification). Alternatively, you may provide an official letter from your previous institution stating that English was the medium of instruction for your obtained degree(s). 
• Copy of your passport. 
• Medical examination report. 
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age limit: Applicants should be no more than 45 years old at the time of application.
• Valid admission offer: The application is open only to individuals who have received a valid admission offer letter from at least one university in Malaysia.
