Eligibility Criteria for the Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund 2024-25
The Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund at the Arqus European University Alliance in Belgium is based on the following eligibility criteria:
- The student must be an international applicant applying for a Ph.D. program at one of the partner universities in Europe.
- The student must be admitted to the doctoral program with a minimum B grade in their previous master’s degree.
- The student must have sufficient language proficiency, equivalent to a B2 level, in any of the Alliance languages.

Application Deadline
The application deadlines for the Arqus Talent Scholarship Fund differ for Master’s and PhD programs.
- The first call, exclusively for doctoral students, is open from March 31, 2024, to May 31, 2024 (23:59 CEST).
- The second call, exclusively for Master’s students, is open from May 3, 2024, to July 3, 2024 (23:59 CEST).
